Transformation is an inside job. Your destiny, whether you thrive or merely survive, starts from your mind- how you look at the world. All behaviours and actions flow from that view. Transformation thus starts with a paradigm shift, a new way of looking at the world. We use various methods to evoke a paradigm shift in individuals and organisations to identify what works, what doesn't work, and what's possible.

In times of increasing complexity and volatility, the only constant is truly change. Gone are days of linear predictability and elaborate forward planning. Our faster future requires us to lean into our creative intelligence as individuals and the collective intelligence of the organisation to adapt and respond to the ever-changing context. This requires a radical paradigm shift, one that views the individual as pure potential (rather than a fixed being) and the organisation as a living system (rather than a machine). With the ever-accelerating pace of change and relentless flood of data, it is easy to be overwhelmed and take no action, or delay action by perpetual analysis. Agility is necessary. We work with you to rapidly prototype the new. At the same time, a mindless bias to action may yield little to no results. The remedy is to slow down to speed up. Like the cheetah which prowls patiently before waiting for the opportune moment to strike, we help you to first identify meaningful objectives before sprinting into meaningful action.

Our Methodology
Theory U is the framework that unifies our approach. Building upon two decades of action research at MIT by the Otto Scharmer and the Presencing Institute, Theory U is a method of awareness-based transformation that integrates systems thinking, mindfulness, and behavioural change. We frame all our engagements based on this 5-step approach, and design interventions for each step based on your context and needs.
