Moses Mohan
Moses is a Transformation Coach and Facilitator. His purpose is to unleash innate flourishing and fundamental freedom for self, others and the world.
He partners with executives and high performers to fearlessly unleash their highest potential, bravely cross critical work-life thresholds and thereby actualize flourishing and freedom in an age of hyper-acceleration and chaos.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Systemic Team Coach, he draws from 10+ years and >700 hours of coaching leaders and teams in Fortune 500 companies to unlock breakthrough performance and resilience, ~11,000 hours of contemplative training (including time as a Zen Monk and a wandering yogi in the Himalayas), and extensive training in next-gen coaching methodologies (developmental, ontological, somatic) to create powerful individual and team journeys that unlock potential and enable lasting change.
He was formerly Partner and Global Head of Leadership Solutions at Potential Project, where he was lead designer and faculty for executive leadership programs blending neuroscience, psychology and contemplative practices to unleash human potential at scale for leading organizations such as Accenture (90% rec.), Deutsche Telekom (100% rec.) and McKinsey (90% rec).
He also writes regularly on topics at the intersect of ancient wisdom, modernity and transformation and is co-author of ‘Compassionate Leadership’ (HBR, 2022), an evidence-based playbook for navigating leadership polarities and doing the hard work of leadership in a human ways based on research from thousands of leaders, employees, and companies across ~100 countries.
